What is Claude and why do you use it?
Claude is the AI model developed by Anthropic — one of the most advanced in the world for reasoning, writing and analysis. We use it because it produces superior quality content, is safe and reliable, and integrates seamlessly into our workflow.
Does AI-generated content sound "AI-written"?
No — and that's our guarantee. Every piece of content generated with Claude is reviewed, personalised and refined by a member of our team before it reaches you. AI accelerates the process, but the final touch is always human.
Is my customers' data safe with an AI chatbot?
Yes. We build chatbots in full compliance with GDPR. Conversations are encrypted and are never used to train AI models. We give you full control over what is stored and for how long.
Do I need a Claude account to use your services?
No. We handle the Anthropic API integration on our side. You receive the final product — website, chatbot, content — without needing to manage any technical accounts.

Which platform do you build websites on?
Primarily WordPress — the world's most used CMS. For specific projects we can work with WooCommerce (e-commerce), headless solutions or custom development. We recommend the best solution for your specific case.
Will my website be optimised for speed?
Absolutely. We optimise images, use CDN, advanced caching and aim for a PageSpeed score of at least 90/100 on mobile, with Core Web Vitals in the green. Speed is a priority for us — and for your SEO rankings too.
Can I manage the website myself after launch?
Yes. We train you on how to update content, add pages and manage the blog independently. Business and Enterprise packages include a dedicated training session.
📈 SEO & Content
How long does it take to see SEO results?
The first technical improvements are visible within 4–6 weeks. Significant organic results — rankings and traffic — typically arrive between month 3 and 6. SEO is a long-term investment, but our AI-powered strategy shortens timelines considerably.
Will AI content penalise my website on Google?
No, if done properly. Google penalises low-quality and spammy content — not AI itself. Our content is always accurate, original and reviewed by human experts. We follow Google's E-E-A-T guidelines.
💳 Pricing & Contracts
Is there a contract to sign?
Yes. We use a clear contract that specifies deliverables, timelines and payment terms. No hidden clauses — everything is straightforward and easy to understand.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We work iteratively with revision rounds included in every package. If after the included revisions the result doesn't meet the agreed requirements, we continue working at no extra cost until we get it right.
Do you offer monthly maintenance plans?

Do you accept instalment payments?
Yes. For Business and Enterprise packages we accept payment in two instalments: 50% upfront and 50% on final delivery.
