NEXATECH —
Zero to 15K
Monthly Visitors
How we built an SEO strategy from scratch for a B2B SaaS startup and took them from invisible to industry authority in 5 months.
The Situation
NEXATECH launched their project management SaaS in a crowded market dominated by established players. They had a genuinely differentiated product — purpose-built for construction firms — but no one could find them. Organic traffic was essentially zero. Their sales team was burning budget on paid ads with a CAC of €420 per customer.
"We were spending €8K/month on Google Ads and barely breaking even. We knew SEO was the answer but had no idea where to start." — James Wu, CMO, NEXATECH
The Strategy
We ran a full technical SEO audit, competitor gap analysis and keyword research sprint before writing a single word of content. The key insight: NEXATECH's competitors were fighting for generic "project management software" keywords, but nobody was owning the construction niche. We went narrow and owned it completely.
Month 1 was technical foundation — fixing 47 crawl errors, implementing schema markup, fixing Core Web Vitals (LCP: 4.2s → 1.8s). Month 2 we published 18 long-form articles targeting bottom-of-funnel and informational intent, using Claude AI to accelerate research and drafting. Month 3 we secured 23 editorial backlinks from construction industry publications. By month 5, Domain Rating had grown from 8 to 42.
The Results
By month 5, NEXATECH was receiving 15,200 monthly organic visitors — up from near zero. Their Google Ads spend dropped by 60% as organic leads filled the pipeline. The cost per acquired customer fell from €420 to €87.
"We went from zero to being recognised as a go-to resource in our industry. Alpha Level didn't just do SEO — they understood our business." — James Wu, CMO, NEXATECH
