What do you need from us?

How is this different from a free site review?

What’s not included

The Conversion Audit is diagnosis and a prioritised plan — it does not include building the fixes, running the A/B tests, or the design and development work itself. Those can be scoped separately or folded into a Grow retainer once you’ve decided which hypotheses to pursue.

How many issues will the backlog contain?

Enough to keep you busy — a ranked list spanning quick wins and larger structural bets, scoped to your funnel rather than a fixed number.

Do I need a minimum amount of traffic?

The quantitative side is most useful with steady traffic; on lower-traffic sites we lean more on heuristic and qualitative review and flag where the data is thin.

How soon can we start?

Once we have read access to your analytics and 30 minutes of context, analysis runs over 5–7 working days with the walkthrough at the end.
