Hours are €120 + VAT each and drawn down as work is logged, so there’s no minimum block and nothing lost if you don’t use them. They apply to the workstreams your retainer already covers — they don’t replace a separate project quote for large, brand-new builds.

Do unused hours roll over?

They’re billed as used rather than pre-paid, so there’s nothing to roll over — you simply add more in any month you need them.

How quickly can the extra hours start?

Because we already know your account, there’s no onboarding — we apply the time as soon as you confirm the month’s priority.

Is this cheaper than upgrading my plan?

For a one-off spike, yes — top-up hours avoid committing to a higher monthly tier you don’t need long-term. If you’re consistently over, we’ll suggest moving up a Grow tier instead.

Who does the work?

The same senior practitioners already on your retainer — no handing off to juniors or contractors.

Is there a minimum number of hours?
