What it does

  • Connects to your shared inbox (Gmail, Outlook, or a custom mailbox) and reads each inbound email as it arrives.
  • Classifies and prioritises every message — sales enquiry, support request, invoice query, spam, or “needs a human” — and tags it accordingly.
  • Drafts a first-pass reply matched to your tone of voice and grounded in your real policies, pricing, and FAQs (not generic guesswork).
  • Auto-sends the safe, routine replies if you allow it; holds anything sensitive for one-click human approval.
  • Routes the rest to the right person or team, so nothing slips through.

No. You choose what it can auto-send versus what it drafts for human approval. Routine, low-risk replies can go out automatically; anything sensitive waits for a one-click sign-off.
